Part-Time Beading Workshop Assistant at Daisy Lily
Schedule: Saturdays, 12:30–4:00pm
Location: Unit 21a, spinnaker house, Juniper Drive, Battersea Reach, Sw18 1FR
We’re looking for a friendly, reliable person to join the Daisy Lily team on Saturdays
to help run our fun, creative beading workshops! You don’t need to be a jewellery
expert — just someone who’s confident with people, organised, and happy to get
stuck in with a bit of everything.
What you’ll be doing:
• Chatting with customers and making them feel welcome
• Helping guests with their beading creations
• Keeping the space clean, tidy, and running smoothly
• Setting up and packing down workshop materials
• Bringing good vibes and a positive attitude!
You’ll love this role if you:
• Are always on time and can reliably work every Saturday, 12:30–4:00pm
• Enjoy chatting and making people feel at ease
• Have some hospitality, retail, or customer service experience
• Are organised and don’t mind a bit of tidying or hands-on setup

Part-Time studio Assistant at Daisy Lily
Schedule: 2–3 days per week + occasional evenings for events
Location: Unit 21a, spinnaker house, Juniper Drive, Battersea Reach, Sw18 1FR
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Studio Assistant to help keep our
creative space running smoothly. This part-time role is ideal for someone highly
organised, with a warm personality and a great eye for design and detail. You’ll
play a key role in the day to day running of the studio, supporting both the
operational and creative sides of the business.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves being part of a vibrant,
creative environment and wants to grow with a purpose-driven brand.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain studio cleanliness and organisation, ensuring a welcoming and
efficient workspace
• Manage administrative tasks, including scheduling, email correspondence,
and basic bookkeeping
• Keep the website up to date with new products, events, and relevant
information
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints with kindness, patience, and
professionalism
• Monitor and reorder stock as needed to ensure smooth operation
• Assist with shift planning and distribution
• Support and contribute to brand events, including ideation and event
coordination
• Capture high-quality, aesthetically pleasing content for social media
platforms
• Help shape the visual and creative direction of the brand
About You:
• Friendly, kind, and enthusiastic
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Great communication skills and a natural problem-solver
• Confident using social media, with a creative eye for photography and
design
• Comfortable juggling multiple responsibilities and working both
independently and in a small team
• Interested in branding, community events, and creative collaboration.
